Now, we're finding out (the hard way) that we need both. Feminine energy brings gifts like:

Simple Ways to Connect with Your Feminine Energy

Want to tap into this powerful energy? Here are some easy ways to start:

  • Follow the Moon: Did you know that women's bodies naturally follow the same 28-day cycle as the moon? It's true! Start watching the moon phases and write down how you feel during each one. When there's a new moon, set some goals. When there's a full moon, let go of what's not working for you.

  • Try Water Healing: Water is deeply connected to feminine energy. Take a relaxing bath, go swimming, or just sit by a lake. Water helps wash away stress and brings peace to your mind.

  • Use Ruby Crystals: The beautiful red ruby is like a friend for your heart. It helps you feel brave and protected while you explore your feelings. Keep one in your pocket or wear it as jewelry.

  • Try Rose Oil: Rose oil is special because it helps open your heart to love – both for yourself and others. Put a tiny drop on your wrists in the morning, and let its sweet smell remind you of your inner strength all day.


Be Kind to Yourself: The Power of Positive Self-Talk

Have you ever noticed how you talk to yourself? Many of us have a harsh inner voice that says things we'd never say to a friend. This harsh voice comes from that old, masculine energy that focuses on being perfect and getting everything right.   • You make choices that are good for you


Try This: For one week, catch yourself when you're being mean to yourself. Stop and ask, "Would I say this to my best friend?" If not, take a deep breath and change your words to something kind. This simple change helps your feminine energy grow stronger.
